Mrákotín (Czech pronunciation: [ˈmraːkociːn]) is a small town (městys) in Jihlava District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The town covers an area of 18.28 square kilometres (7.06 sq mi), and has a population of 905 (as at 2005).
Mrákotín lies approximately 28 kilometres (17 mi) south-west of Jihlava and 122 km (76 mi) south-east of Prague.
