Mount Rumney is a suburb of Hobart, capital of Tasmania, Australia. It is located in the City of Clarence local government area. At the 2011 Australian Census the suburb recorded a population of 442.[1]
The suburb is based on the slopes of the mountain, Mount Rumney, part of the Meehan Range.
