Mouma Das (Bengali: মৌমা দাস) "Sports Officer of Oil India" (born 24 February 1984) is a table-tennis player from West Bengal, India. She was born and brought up in Kolkata. The "LITTLE GOLDEN GIRL" of Indian Table Tennis Mouma Das was born on 24 February 1984 in Kolkata. She was very naughty in Childhood time.She started to play Table tennis when she was nine years old.Her father's name Mr Asit Kumar Das and mother Mrs Rita Das supported her since the starting time of her career.Uncle Mr Dilip Das was the first coach of her career.She start practicing in local club Narkel Danga Sadharan Samity trained under Mr Jayanta Pushilal.She start performing from her first tournament as champion when she was just nine year old.In 1997 she participated her first International Tournament Commonwealth Championship,she played quarterfinal in singles.In International level she trained under National coach Mr Bhawani Mukherji. She performed very well in all International Tournaments.In National level she is 4 times National Champion and 5 times runner up in Senior National Championship.
The "LITTLE GOLDEN GIRL" won More than 150 State,National & International Medals,More than 90 Gold Medals in State,National & International Championship.
She is the only Indian Woman Table Tennis Player who participated 13 times in World Table Tennis Championship.
In 2004 SAF Games Islamabad the "LITTLE GOLDEN GIRL" won 3 Gold (Women's Singles,Women's Double and Women's Team) for India.
In 2004 Commonwealth Table Tennis Championship, Malaysia she won 2 Bronze (Women's Double and Women's Team) for India.
In 2006 Commonwealth Games,Melbourne she won Bronze in Women's Team for India.
In 2006 SAF Games,Srilanka the "LITTLE GOLDEN GIRL" won 3 Gold (Women's Singles,Women's Double and Women's Team) and Silver in Mixed Doubles for India.
In 2007 Commonwealth Table Tennis Championship,India she won Bronze in Women's Team for India.
In 2009 Commonwealth Table Tennis Championship,Glasgow she won 2 Bronze (Women's Singles and Women's Team) for India.
In 2010 Commonwealth Games,India she won Silver in Women's Team and Bronze in Women's Doubles for India.
In 2013 Commonwealth Table Tennis Championship,India the "LITTLE GOLDEN GIRL" won 3 Bronze (Women's Singles,Women's Double and Women's Team) and Silver in Mixed Doubles for India.
In 2013 She Awarded with "ARJUNA AWARD".
