Mother's Finest is the official debut album by Atlanta, GA funk rock group Mother's Finest. It was released in 1972 on RCA Records (LSP-4790) but sold poorly [citation needed] so the vinyl album is very hard to find. The band was also dissatisfied with the album.
A second album (APLI-0343) was recorded for RCA but never released officially until it was included as bonus tracks with the 2-disc re-issue of Mother's Finest (1972) / Mother's Finest (1976) on Wounded Bird Records in 2010.
