Morsasco is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Alessandria in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 80 km southeast of Turin and about 30 km south of Alessandria. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 683 and an area of 10.2 km².[1]
Morsasco borders the following municipalities: Cremolino, Orsara Bormida, Prasco, Strevi, Trisobbio, and Visone.
