Moreland, Arkansas is an unincorporated community in Moreland Township, Pope County, Arkansas, United States.[1]
Moreland was formerly known as Cross Plains or Isbel Creek.[1] It was renamed to Moreland after a stagecoach passenger observed that the community would need "more land".[2]
