Montegioco is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Alessandria in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 100 km east of Turin and about 30 km southeast of Alessandria. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 315 and an area of 5.4 km².[1]
Montegioco borders the following municipalities: Avolasca, Cerreto Grue, Costa Vescovato, Monleale, Montemarzino, and Sarezzano.
