Montecilfone (Arbërisht: Munxhufuni) is an Arbëreshë comune in the Province of Campobasso, in the Italian region of Molise, located about 40 km northeast of Campobasso. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,552 and an area of 22.8 km².[1]
Montecilfone borders the following municipalities: Guglionesi, Montenero di Bisaccia, Palata.
