Molazzana is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Lucca in the Italian region Tuscany, located about 70 km northwest of Florence and about 25 km northwest of Lucca. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,166 and an area of 31.6 km².[1]
Molazzana borders the following municipalities: Barga, Careggine, Castelnuovo di Garfagnana, Gallicano, Stazzema, Vergemoli.
