Mohd Shahrizan Ismail (born 3 November 1979) is a Malaysian footballer who plays for Kelantan as a goalkeeper. Shahrizan was Kelantan's first-choice goalkeeper in 2008 season and 2009 season. He helped his team winning Piala Emas Raja-Raja in 2010.

In 2011 season, Shahrizan played three times in important matches with Johor FC (Round 2 Kelantan FA Cup win 1-0), Terengganu (June 6 Kelantan's Super League win 3-0) and Perak (Super League on June 14 Kelantan won 1-0) and had shown a successful outstanding action without skip any goals in three matches.[1]
