Mohd Nizar Zakaria

Mohd Nizar Zakaria is a Malaysian politician who is the Member of the Parliament of Malaysia for the Parit constituency in Perak. He is a member of the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO) party in the ruling Barisan Nasional coalition.[1]
Nizar was elected to Parliament in the 2008 election for the UMNO held seat of Parit.[2] In June 2010, he was a passenger on the MV Rachel Corrie when it was seized by the Israel Defense Forces while attempting to deliver supplies to Gaza.[3]
