Mohammad Hassan Rajabzadeh (born May 23, 1984)[1] is an Iranian footballer who plays for Padideh Shandiz in Azadegan League on loan from Rah Ahan.

Club career

Rajabzadeh joined Sepahan in 2010, after spending the previous season at Aboomoslem.[2] He was joined to the Malavan in January 2012.
