Mohamed Tangara
Mohamed Tangara(born August 11, 1984 in Mali, West Africa) Tangara is a Malian professional basketball player. Tangara went to Mount Zion Christian Academy in Durham, North Carolina USA, then attended University of Arizona where he played PF/ center for Arizona Wildcats men's basketball 2004-2008, then a year at Chaminade University [1]
Professional basketball Career
In 2009 Tangara was invited to NBA Summer League camp by the Milwaukee Bucks. On December 2009, Tangara was signed by Fath US Rabat (Morocco). In 2010, Tangara moved to the Spanish Basketball Federation team. Tangara also spent some time playing for the Libya Arab Basketball Federation
Mali national basketball team
Tangara became a member of his country's National team in 2000 as a junior. He played in the 2000 FIBA Africa Under-18 Championship. On June 2007 Tangara joined Mali national basketball team for the 2007 All-Africa Games. On June 2011, Mohamed Tangara was invited to play with the Mali national basketball team for 2011 FIBA Africa Championship
