Mlečice is a village and municipality (obec) in Rokycany District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 10.66 square kilometres (4.12 sq mi), and has a population of 305 (as at 28 August 2006).
Mlečice lies approximately 21 kilometres (13 mi) north-east of Rokycany, 31 km (19 mi) north-east of Plzeň, and 55 km (34 mi) west of Prague.
