Mladotice (German: Mlatz) is a village and municipality (obec) in Plzeň-North District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 22.64 square kilometres (8.74 sq mi), and has a population of 563 (as at 2 October 2006).
Mladotice lies approximately 27 kilometres (17 mi) north of Plzeň and 77 km (48 mi) west of Prague.
