Mizuho (瑞穂町 Mizuho-machi) is a town located in Nishitama District, Tokyo Metropolis, Japan. It was established on November 10, 1940, resulting from the merger of four villages and acquired additional land in 1958.

As of 2006, the town has an estimated population of 34,778 and the density of 2066.43 persons per km². The total area is 16.83 km².

Mizuho operates public elementary and junior high schools.
