Miss Venezuela 1973 was held in Caracas, Venezuela, on July 10, 1973. The winner of the pageant was Desireé Rolando, Miss Carabobo.

The pageant was broadcast on Venevision from the Club de Sub-Oficiales in Caracas, Venezuela. At the conclusion of the final night of competition, outgoing titleholder Maria Antonieta Cámpoli, crowned Desireé Rolando of Carabobo as the new Miss Venezuela.
