Mirela Brekalo (born February 6, 1956) is a Croatian actress.

Biography

Mirela Brekalo was born on February 6 in 1956 in Zagreb. She graduated from the Academy of Dramatic Arts in Zagreb. She is a drama teacher at the studios in Rovinj and Pula, and she taught theatrical speech at the Academy of Dramatic Arts in Zagreb, too. Mirela has won special recognition Croatian Association of Dramatic Artists of the year 1983 for the role of Marguerite. From 1979 she is a member of Theatre "Comedy". In addition to being played numerous roles in television dramas, movies, and roles in radio dramas and also synchronized numerous animated films.

Personal life

In her free time she enjoys the company of friends, family and dog Gari. Mirela loves travel and architecture. She loves painting, reading, working in the garden. She loves the sea, too. Her husband is also an actor, Siniša Popović.
