Minoru Mukaiya (向谷 実 Mukaiya Minoru, born 20 October 1956) is a Japanese musician. He joined the jazz fusion band Casiopea in 1979 as keyboardist and remained in group until their hiatus in 2006, but due to now having his own musical production team, Mukaiya Club, as well as being producer of the train simulator game, Train Simulator and CEO of Japanese Videogame Developer company Ongakukan which develops said game, he is no longer a member of Casiopea, now replaced by keyboardist Kiyomi Otaka.
