Mimacraea apicalis, the Central Acraea Mimic, is a butterfly in the Lycaenidae family. It is found in Nigeria, Cameroon, Gabon and the Republic of Congo.[2]

Adult males mimic Bematistes tellus, while female appear to mimic Acraea oberthueri.
