This name uses Spanish naming customs; the first or paternal family name is Palacios and the second or maternal family name is Vuelto.
Milton Geovanny Palacios Vuelto (born 17 April 1988) is a Honduran football player, who currently plays for Marathón.
He is not related to Wilson Palacios and his brothers.
Club career
He joined Marathón from Motagua before the 2010 Clausura.[2] In summer 2011 he moved abroad to play for Guatemalan side Petapa alongside compatriot Jefferson Bernárdez[3] but left them at the end of 2011 citing personal reasons.[4]
