Milonice is a village and municipality (obec) in Vyškov District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 4.99 square kilometres (1.93 sq mi), and has a population of 337 (as at 25 February 2008).

Milonice lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) south-east of Vyškov, 34 km (21 mi) east of Brno, and 218 km (135 mi) south-east of Prague.
