Milonice is a village and municipality (obec) in Blansko District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 2.58 square kilometres (1.00 sq mi), and has a population of 182 (as at 28 August 2006).

Milonice lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) west of Blansko, 20 km (12 mi) north of Brno, and 174 km (108 mi) south-east of Prague.
