Mike Goldman (born 7 November 1972 in Queensland, Australia) is an Australian television and radio host, probably best known for his various roles in Big Brother Australia series.

Film

In June 2012, Goldman stared in the Magda Szubanski Ronan Keating film Goddess. He is also known in playing a starring role in the film Unreality in September 2012.

Television

Winning various awards like the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Award for Friday Night live and Cleo Eligible Bachelor and Logies Award nominations for Big Brother. A radio host since the age of 16 interviewing some of the biggest names in music on Channel V, 2Day FM and Triple M Sydney. Mike recently hosted the opening for the Hard Rock Cafe Sydney with members of Limp Bizkit, AC/DC, The Pussycat Dolls, Guns N' Roses, Velvet Revolver, Angels, Choirboys, Rose Tattoo, Shannon Noll and Stan Walker performing. Back for the series return of Big Brother in 2012 Mike is a Mix FM Sydney DJ, host of the dating show Date or Dud and search for a presenter TV show danoz star search Network Seven. Mike also starred in the Fox8 series Slide. Previously a Network Ten performer, Goldman was host on Big Brother, he also narrated the Daily Show from 2001 till 2008, and hosted UpLate and Friday Night Live. Since 2005, he has provided narration for the series Meerkat Manor, hosted celebrity poker show Joker Poker and Friday Night Download that went for two years nationally on Network Ten. He is the son of TV radio legend Grant Goldman who hosted the first color Television show in Australia countdown.

Goldman has also worked on Australian television and radio promoting companies such as Qantas, Westpac, Amart All Sports, Zumba and Speed Channel on Foxtel. In 2006, Goldman was a Dawes Point presenter for the Sydney New Year's Eve 2006–07 telecast.

On 1 June 2008, he co-hosted the Big Brother eviction show with Jackie O for the first time in his eight years in the show when regular co-host Kyle Sandilands felt ill.

Goldman co-hosted a second series of Friday Night Download, renamed Download. The first series aired for ten episodes and then the second series saw it dropped in October by Network Ten after being beaten in the ratings by Funniest Home Videos on the Nine Network. In December 2008, he was part of the Summer Breakfast Show on the Today Network alongside Ricki Lee Coulter and Brian McFadden.

Goldman appeared on both the 2012 and 2013 seasons of Big Brother Australia on Channel 9.

Radio

Goldman also does radio work. Until January 2010 he was the breakfast host for the new Sydney Digital dance radio Gorilla from 6-9 am every Monday to Friday.[1] He also hosted the drive program for Campbelltown station C91.3.[2]

Goldman's appearance has significantly changed since he last appeared on television, noticeably losing weight and getting fit competing in triathlons and marathons.

Mike also took on the overnight on-air shift on radio 2SM Sydney in the early 1990s.
