Mihr-i shah or Mihrişah ("Lady Mihr-i shah") may refer to:

  • Emine Mihrişah Sultan (died 1732), the French second concubine of Ottoman sultan Ahmed III, and the mother of sultan Mustafa III
  • Mihrişah Valide Sultan (died 1805), the Genoese consort of Ottoman sultan Mustafa III, and the mother of sultan Selim III
