Mihai Adrian Mincă (born 8 October 1984 in Zlatna, Romania) is a football goalkeeper who currently plays in the Romanian league for CFR Cluj. Mincă joined Rapid in 2004 from FC Unirea Alba Iulia, where he played on an irregular basis, but since joining has not been a part of the first team. In 2007, he joined Gloria Buzău and at the end of seazon 2007-2008 he transferred to Astra Ploiesti. On 3 January 2011, he signed a 5-year contract with CFR Cluj.
