Miguel María Lasa Urquía (born November 4, 1947 in Oiartzun) is a Spanish former road bicycle racer. He won four stages in the Vuelta a España as well as the Points classification in 1975 Vuelta a España. He also finished on the podium of Vuelta a España four times (1972, 1974, 1975, 1977). He also won two stages in the Tour de France and three stages in the Giro d'Italia.
