Miejskie Nowiny [ˈmjɛi̯skʲɛ nɔˈvinɨ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Sokółka, within Sokółka County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland, close to the border with Belarus.[1] It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) west of Sokółka and 34 km (21 mi) north-east of the regional capital Białystok.
