Midrakh Oz (Hebrew: מִדְרַךְ עֹז, lit. Foothold of Strength) is a moshav in northern Israel. Located in the Jezreel Valley, it falls under the jurisdiction of Megiddo Regional Council. In 2006 it had a population of 447.
The village was established in 1952 by immigrants from Yemen. Its name is inspired by a passage in the Book of Judges 5:21;
The brook Kishon swept them away, that ancient brook, the brook Kishon. O my soul, tread them down with strength.
The name of the moshav, taken from the Bible verse, also reminds people of the battles which the young Jewish state had to fight in the War of Independence 1948 nearby at Mishmar HaEmek.
