Michael "Mick" Clark is a professional rugby league footballer of the 1960s, playing at representative level for Great Britain, and at club level for Leeds (Captain), as a Prop, i.e. number 8 or 10, during the era of contested scrums.
Playing career
International honours
Mick Clark won caps for and was captain of Great Britain while at Leeds in 1968 against France (2 matches), and in the 1968 Rugby League World Cup against Australia, France, and New Zealand.[1]
Challenge Cup final appearances
Mick Clark played Left-Prop, i.e. number 8, and was Captain in Leeds' 11-10 victory over Wakefield Trinity in the 1967-68 Challenge Cup "Watersplash" final at Wembley Stadium on Saturday 11 May 1968.
