Michael Sukkar (born 11 September 1981), Australian politician, is a Liberal Party of Australia member of the Australian House of Representatives since September 2013, representing the Division of Deakin, Victoria.[1]

Sukkar was born in Ringwood, Victoria. He attended Aquinas College as his secondary school, and then went on to complete a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce at Deakin University, and later went on to complete a Master of Laws at the University of Melbourne. Before he entered politics, Sukkar was a Senior Associate with one of Australia's largest law firms, Ashurst Australia.
