Miamiville, Ohio
Miamiville is a census-designated place in western Miami Township, Clermont County, Ohio, United States, along the Little Miami River.[1] Although it is unincorporated, it has a post office, with the ZIP code of 45147.[2]
History
Miami Boat Club
Miamiville's low profile as an unincorporated community was a benefit during the Great Depression, when Prohibition outlawed alcohol consumption in the United States. The Miami Boat club operated as a speakeasy during the 1920s and 1930s.[3] In the 1950s and 1960s, King Carson Harrison's NASHY brought notable Jazz musicians to the east side of Cincinnati for private concerts. Artists included bandleaders Count Basie, Woody Herman, and Stan Kenton singers Harry Belafonte, Cab Calloway, Frank Sinatra, and Buddy Rich.[citation needed]

The Miamiville Garage is an auto-shop located in Miamiville.It is family owned and operated specializing in Volkswagens but repairs other name brands of motor vehicles as well.
