Mišovice is a village and municipality (obec) in Písek District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 14.81 square kilometres (5.72 sq mi), and has a population of 239 (as at 2005).
Mišovice lies approximately 24 kilometres (15 mi) north-west of Písek, 68 km (42 mi) north-west of České Budějovice, and 73 km (45 mi) south-west of Prague.
