Mezihoří is a village and municipality (obec) in Klatovy District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 1.8 square kilometres (0.69 sq mi), and has a population of 58 (as at 28 August 2006).
Mezihoří lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) north of Klatovy, 31 km (19 mi) south of Plzeň, and 108 km (67 mi) south-west of Prague.
