Mesoscincus[1] is a genus comprising three species of skink native to Mexico and Central America. They were formerly included in the genus Eumeces.

- Tepalcatepec Skink, Mesoscincus altamirani (Dugès, 1891) – Mexico
- Managua Skink, Mesoscincus managuae (Dunn, 1933) – Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Honduras, Guatemala [2] and El Salvador
- Schwartz' Skink, Mesoscincus schwartzei (Fischer, 1884) – Mexico, Guatemala, and Belize
