Melki köftesi, Melki meatballs[1](Kanlıca mantarı köftesi,Çintar Köftesi) is a meatballs [2] from the Çanakkale among both Turkish people. The ingredients are Melki(Lactarius salmonicolor, Lactarius deliciosus and Lactarius deterrimus), onion, flour, parsley,mint, black pepper, salt, olive oil.
