Melissant is a village in the Dutch province of South Holland. It is located on the island Goeree-Overflakkee, in the municipality of Goeree-Overflakkee.
Melissant was a separate municipality from 1817 until 1966, when it became part of Dirksland.[1] Last one has made part of the new municipality of Goeree-Overflakkee since 2013.
