Melissa Linn Berman Bjånesøy is an American-born Norwegian football striker, currently playing for IL Sandviken in Norway's Toppserien.[1] In the 2011 season she helped Sandviken avoid relegation with 10 goals.[2]
An Under-19 international, she was the top scorer of the 2011 U-19 European Championship with 7 goals.[3] She scored in all five games from the group stage to the final, which Norway lost 8–1 to Germany.
