Melikli is a village in the Zangilan Rayon of Azerbaijan.
Information
Zangilan Rayon is located southwest of the recognized NKR (Nakorno Karabakh Republic) also called Artsakh, which is the historical name of the mountainous province of Armenia. During the war between Armenian and Azerbaijan, the territory got "liberated" from Azerbaijan and its dictatorship as a post soviet state.
