Mehdishahr County (Persian: شهرستان مهدیشهر) is a county in Semnan Province in Iran. The capital of the county is Mehdishahr. It was separated from Semnan County in 2007. At the 2006 census, the county's population was 36,093, in 9,573 families.[1] The county has two districts: the Central District and Shahmirzad District. The county has three cities:Mehdishahr, Shahmirzad , and Darjazin.
