Medolla is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Modena in the Italian region Emilia-Romagna, located about 45 km northwest of Bologna and about 25 km northeast of Modena. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 5,901 and an area of 26.8 km².[1]

The municipality of Medolla contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Villafranca and Camurana.

Medolla borders the following municipalities: Bomporto, Camposanto, Cavezzo, Mirandola, San Felice sul Panaro, San Prospero.
