Media-Saturn-Holding GmbH is a German corporate group comprising consumer electronic retailers Media Markt and Saturn and online retailer Redcoon. The group is a wholly owned subsidiary of Metro AG.

As of 2011 the group had a total of approx. 900 Media Markt and Saturn stores, which generated net sales of 20.794 billion Euros.[1]
