Meclov is a village and municipality (obec) in Domažlice District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 31.96 square kilometres (12.34 sq mi), and has a population of 1,055 (as at 28 August 2006).
Meclov lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) north-west of Domažlice, 45 km (28 mi) south-west of Plzeň, and 129 km (80 mi) south-west of Prague.
