An art museum before World War II, it was converted into a mosque for Bosniaks under the Independent State of Croatia, to again become the Museum of Revolution in post-war Yugoslavia. As of 2006, it serves as a space for exhibitions and concerts. The mosque was eventually built in 1987, in Borovje neighborhood.
