Mazelov is a village and municipality (obec) in České Budějovice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 8.55 square kilometres (3.30 sq mi), and has a population of 198 (as at 31 December 2007).
Mazelov lies approximately 18 kilometres (11 mi) north-east of České Budějovice and 111 km (69 mi) south of Prague.
