Mayo General Hospital is a hospital situated in Castlebar, County Mayo, Ireland, serving County Mayo. The emergency department (A&E) has an attendance of 27,000 patients per year. Notable patients
Eithne Kenny, mother of Taoiseach Enda Kenny and wife of Henry Kenny, died here at the age of 93 on 26 November 2011. Robert Shaw also died here after suffering a heart attack at the side of the road [1][2]
