Maurizio Ferrini (born April 12, 1953) is an Italian television personality and actor.[1]

Ferrini was born in Cesena in 1953. He made his artistic debut with Quelli della Notte, starring alongside Renzo Arbore and began establishing himself as an eccentric comedian. During this show, he said his famous phrase Non capisco, ma mi adeguo (I don't understand, but I adapt myself in English).

Soon, Ferrini participated in the Domenica in edition 89/90, where he creates Mrs Emma Coriandoli in travesti, an Italian parody of the housewives. During the early 2000s he didn't appear in TV shows,[2] except as a guest occasionally, until 2005, when Simona Ventura offered him participation in the reality show L'Isola dei famosi. Ferrini finished in second place with 25% of the votes.[3] In 2007, he played a minor role in the drama Ma chi l'avrebbe mai detto acting alongside Ornella Muti and Katia Ricciarelli.
