Matej Beňuš (born November 2, 1987 in Bratislava) is a Slovak slalom canoer who has competed since the early 2000s.

He won five medals at the ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships with four golds (C-1 team: 2009, 2010, 2011, 2013) and a bronze (C-1: 2011).

He is the overall world cup champion in the C-1 category from the 2010 season.

At the European Championships he has won a total seven medals (5 golds, 1 silver and 1 bronze).

His elder sister Dana Mann is also a gold medalist from the world championships in canoe slalom.
