Matějov is a village and municipality (obec) in Žďár nad Sázavou District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 9.82 square kilometres (3.79 sq mi), and has a population of 201 (as at 28 August 2006).
Matějov lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) south-west of Žďár nad Sázavou, 26 km (16 mi) north-east of Jihlava, and 121 km (75 mi) south-east of Prague.
