Masyaf District

Masyaf (Arabic: مصياف Maṣyāf) is a district (mantiqah) of the Hama Governorate in Syria. At the 2004 Census it had a population of 169,341.[1] The centre of the district is the city of Masyaf.
Divisions
The district of Masyaf is divided into five sub-districts or Nāḥiyas (population according to 2004 official census):
- Masyaf nahiyah (ناحية مصياف): population 68,184.[2]
- Jubb Ramlah nahiyah (ناحية جب رملة): population 39,814.[3]
- Awj nahiyah: (ناحية عوج) population 33,344.[4]
- Ayn Halaqim nahiyah: (ناحية عين حلاقيم) population 16,502.[5]
- Wadi al-Uyun nahiyah: (ناحية وادي العيون) population 12,951.[6]
